My Best Friend

So...today is my best friend's birthday. Tonight we reminisced about how we have celebrated her birthday every year that we have been together. There have been some good surprises, some very 'special' moments and lots of laughter.

I got to share with my teammates tonight how God blessed me with this amazing friend, when I needed a friend the most. He provided me with her and has continued to bless me through her for 7 years. We have been through a lot together and God is always faithful to pull us through.

How amazing is He that He knows our needs and chooses to meet them in ways that are far more better than what we hoped for. When I met Natalie I was just looking for someone to talk to. Little did I know, as I sat at that table in Stribling Hall Lobby, that I was meeting my new sister for the first time.

Every need that I have had, He has met. And in miraculous ways! Even moving across the ocean, He still continues to bless me with amazing people to walk through this life with. In every stage of my life, there have been people there to help me walk and pick me up when I fall.
